EVERY ANSWER
Every Answer is a multidisciplinary project comprising a written text, a performance, a stop-motion animation, and an artist’s book. Rather than framing the artistic process as a stable position, the work unfolds through repetition, displacement, and interruption, examining how meaning is produced and altered through reiterated forms.

Every Answer (Chapter One) idevelops as a speculative text structured through repetition and recontextualisation, where language does not stabilise meaning but accumulates shifts and inconsistencies. This process extends into the performance Chapter One. Typing Missed Words, where gestures and sounds emerge through the act of typing with inked fingertips, displacing the written word into an embodied and partially uncontrolled process.

Every Answer (Fil Rouge) engages with stop-motion animation not as a neutral technique, but as a process that exposes the construction of visual continuity through fragmentation. The recurring Italian hand gesture does not function as a fixed, stereotyped sign but operates through variation and misalignment, resisting its reduction to a stable meaning.

Every Answer: Masterpieces of Eloquence takes as its point of departure a 1911 publication by the International University Society, Crowned Masterpieces of Eloquence: Representing the Advance of Civilization. Rather than treating the book as a coherent object of critique, the work proceeds through its fragmentation, attending to the conditions under which certain forms of knowledge are structured, transmitted, and preserved, while others remain marginal or unrecorded.
